01 / What we buy
What Capitalis buys from you.
- Products
- EN 590 gasoil 10 ppm, Jet A-1, and D6 fuel oil (No. 6 to ASTM D396; RMG 380 to ISO 8217 in ARA)
- Delivery
- FOB or CIF named terminal under Incoterms 2020, or in-tank transfer where the terminal allows
- Parcel
- Parcel size and programme are agreed per transaction; state your minimum parcel and availability
- Payment
- MT103 against documents, or a standby letter of credit from Capitalis’s bank
Capitalis buys all three products in both hubs, ARA and the US Gulf, and from other locations on enquiry. The public form establishes commercial fit. Entity and verification material move through reciprocal onboarding; operative batch and storage documents follow the signed contract.
02 / Submit cargo details
What to state now, and what moves securely later.
Use the public form for commercial facts only. Name the terminal operator and site, not a city; name an assessment, not a benchmark family.
Product, grade, standard and edition, quantity in tank and your minimum parcel. Confirm that the full property table is available; do not attach it here.
Hub, Incoterm, named terminal, title holder, current storage location and whether the operator can be authorised to confirm the tank to the desk.
Assessment, publication, pricing window and quotation days, plus the proposed payment terms. The assessment for your product and hub is named in the commercial response and in full in the contract. If the basis is only “Platts minus X,” we ask for the exact assessment, publication, pricing window, quotation-day rule and units before the review continues.
Entity documents and preliminary verification material move through controlled onboarding. Operative batch certificates and storage documents follow the signed contract.
03 / Storage
On your authorisation, we ask the operator to confirm the quantity in tank.
After preliminary commercial fit, you authorise Capitalis to ask the terminal operator, in the operator’s own form, to confirm the quantity in tank. The answer comes from the operator to the desk, so your offer is not judged on paper. Entity and verification material move through reciprocal onboarding; operative batch certificates and storage documents are exchanged only after the SPA is signed.
The single paragraph that governs this is on How we transact; the standard is Storage and title: how a cargo in tank is confirmed.
04 / After commercial fit
Operator confirmation, onboarding, SPA, payment and settlement.
The full sequence, document controls and responsibilities are maintained in one place.
