How we transact
Six steps that take your enquiry through commercial review, documentation and execution, so you know at each step what has been settled and what comes next.
01 / Six steps
Product, grade, standard and edition, quantities, delivery point, title holder and current location are stated without sending documents through the public form.
The named assessment, publication, pricing window and quotation days are reviewed alongside the proposed payment terms.
Legal entity information, beneficial ownership and bank references are exchanged reciprocally before binding terms; on the seller’s authorisation, the terminal operator is asked to confirm the quantity in tank.
Every transaction proceeds on an executed sale and purchase agreement, with commercial, inspection and operational controls agreed in the contract.
Payment is by MT103 against documents, or by a standby letter of credit issued bank to bank where the SPA provides for one; proof of funds moves the same way, never to a third party.
Proof of product first: on the seller’s authorisation, the terminal operator is asked to confirm the quantity in tank through its own channels, and an independent inspector attends loading where the parcel warrants it. Product documentation is exchanged after signature and completed onboarding, documents are presented for payment, and payment follows on the contract terms. No payment before proof of product, on either side.
02 / Commercial discipline
Capitalis does not issue or forward terminal documentation it has not obtained directly. Storage is evidenced by confirmation obtained from the terminal operator on the seller’s authorisation, not from a document supplied by the seller. Entity and product documents move through the controlled counterparty stage, not the public form. Capitalis does not contract with a sanctioned counterparty, and the cargo origin stated in the offer is evidenced by the certificate of origin presented with the documents. Every transaction proceeds on a full sale and purchase agreement, with independent inspection where the parcel warrants it. No payment before proof of product: Capitalis does not pay for a cargo before proof of product, and no buyer pays Capitalis before it.
03 / Verification
This controlled exchange is the onboarding stage: each side receives the detail its compliance team needs to open a file without publishing third-party relationships or sensitive operational data.
Ask what onboarding needsContracting entity information and registration documentation.
Product, pricing, payment and inspection process information relevant to the discussion.
A named route for exchanged KYC, bank references bank to bank, and any further information required to evaluate a transaction.
Capitalis does not contract with a sanctioned counterparty. The cargo origin stated in the offer is evidenced by the certificate of origin presented with the documents, and product of sanctioned origin is not contracted.
04 / Information security
Capitalis does not publish third-party banking, terminal or logistics relationships, and nothing on this site describes a position, a spread or a price target. Your bank, your terminal and your counterparties are not named here either; where confirmation is appropriate, it is arranged directly between the relevant party and the counterparty.
05 / Verifying us
Capitalis writes from capitalis-trading-solutions.com and from no other domain. A message from a lookalike domain is not ours, whatever it says and whoever it names.
