About Capitalis
Capitalis trades EN 590 gasoil, Jet A-1 and D6 fuel oil as principal in ARA and the US Gulf. Capitalis contracts as principal through one entity per region, named before onboarding, and the entity that signs is the party paid under the contract and the beneficiary named on any instrument. Robert Ehlert and Andreas Anding manage business development, from the first enquiry through onboarding.
01 / Accountability
The general desk screens the initial commercial facts. When the opportunity fits, the named Capitalis team manages reciprocal onboarding, commercial terms and execution through the SPA.
Buyers receive a review of the requirement and next-stage conditions. Suppliers receive a review of the cargo against terminal, title and price basis, followed by operator confirmation on their authorisation where the opportunity fits.
Contracting entities
Capitalis contracts through one entity per region, and names it before onboarding so a compliance team opens the file on the right company. The entity in the sale and purchase agreement is the party paid under the contract, the beneficiary named on any instrument, and the party the terminal and the inspector see. No other company in the group is a party to it.
02 / Team
The contracting entity names its authorised signatory before binding terms; business development takes your enquiry in and sees it through onboarding.

Principal executive and majority owner
Owns and leads Capitalis and is the commercial counterpart on a transaction: specification, terminal, price basis and payment terms are agreed with her.

Commercial oversight
Commercial oversight of counterparty policy and the terms Capitalis contracts on.

Business development
Buyer and supplier relationships, from first enquiry to counterparty onboarding.

Business development
Enquiry review against the desk’s requirements and follow-through into onboarding.
Business development introduces and screens an enquiry. It does not sign, agree price, or transmit payment or banking instructions; those come from the contracting entity, on a capitalis-trading-solutions.com address. Robert Ehlert and Andreas Anding also work in business development for another commodity business: it is a separate company, it is not part of the Capitalis group, and neither company contracts for the other.
